If you missed part one, you can find it here: Zac Carr Interview Part 1.
This second half of the episode, admittedly, was my favorite. We talk extensively, closer to the second half of the recording, about the wild & sacred importance of remembering.
Remembering what?
You’ll have to listen to the episode to get the deeper layers & textures of it, but at its core, we are talking about remembering the unifying mystery of our existence on the planet, which lives alongside the deep & contradictory wisdom that we actually do know why we are here, in a deep and buried body-wisdom way. We were not always humans: there was a time before our birth, and there will be a time after it. As we start to remember our place in this living ecosystem, we start to remember why we might be on this green jewel in space (shout out to the emerald).
Thank you, as always, for being here. And welcome to the new folks who are just arriving!! As summer travels wind down, I plan on winding up my writing and adding to the diversity of this substack portfolio’s ecosystem. I’ve had some wild and perspective-reforming experiences these sunny months, and I’m really looking forward to sharing some of these gleanings on other ways of being.
